As a part of our recruiting network you will have full descriptions of ongoing and new open vacancies via our CRM\ATS web solution.
You will get online access to tracking your candidates’ status
will receive e-mail notifications about changes with your candidates.
All the issues of the partnership between the company and recruiters are transparent and based on mutual consent.
• You have a solid background in IT recruitment and hundreds contacts among IT professionals.
• You know how to reach thousands of them and attract them to your vacancies.
• LinkedIn, Google, Boolean search, GitHub, etc. are your daily tools of work.
• You know how to source candidates for Contract, Remote and Full-time jobs.
• You can communicate in English and\or Russian.
We consider IT candidates both from EU countries and non-EU countries. Most of open vacancies are aimed at IT specialists who are ready to relocate in other city\country.
You can work exclusively at one of the open vacancies, in this case you are responsible for terms, amount and quality of provided candidates AND your recruiter’s Fee is higher.
You can collaborate with us on a contingency basis (balancing work at our vacancies against other your tasks and duties). It can be also a chance to earn extra money (Fee) to your usual recruiter’s income.
The recruiter’s Fee is paid only after successful hire of your candidate. The recruiter is entitled to the Fee for any candidate submitted and hired via HireITstaff within 2 years.
