I am looking for a Recruiting Sourcer and Researcher to help me grow my business. I focus exclusively on recruiting experienced software sales professionals in the United States. I do NOT use job boards to find candidates. Job functions include: - Search LinkedIn and Zoominfo to find passive candidates that meet various complex criterion - Research and create lists of contact information for these possible passive candidates - Search job boards such as LinkedIn and to find software companies that are hiring sales professionals and then do research to identify the likely sales manager that the position reports to (not HR) - Must be able to grasp conceptual ideas regarding search criterion, be proactive and function independently without a lot of detailed direction - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo - English language proficiency - Strong preference for anyone that has done sales recruiting work in the past I would like to give general direction regarding what I am looking for and have freelancer do the research necessary so I can arrive in the morning and take action on the research completed. If we can find the right working relationship, this could grow into greater responsibility including contacting possible candidates or hiring managers directly via email and LinkedIn. This is an ongoing need for my business so the work could extend perpetually. I will interview each finalist applicant via Skype to better understand qualifications and experience. I will also give a small several hour "pilot" project to each finalist to gauge how well we communicate to achieve desired results before selecting a freelancer.

What Is The Job We Are Offering? We need a recruiter (or team) that can devote the necessary time to work on a weekly basis by calling, vetting, recruiting and hiring a national distribution organization of agents for us. The agents will enroll qualified people into the FREE phone program. They DON’T SELL anything and there is NO COST to the recipient. How Many Do We Need? We need hundreds (300-500+) of agents nationwide. And because of the “turnover rate” we are always looking for new and more agents. This is a regular, year around recruiting program. It is not a project that starts and stops. You could be employed for a longtime. Who Provides The Calling List? Initially we will provide a Google Docs spreadsheet that has a list of pre-selected insurance agent leads (Our initial market). You will get 1,000 names and contact numbers each week. As long as you meet the goals, you will get a fresh list of 1,000 names and contact numbers every week. As long as you are successful you can keep this job forever. You will fill in your daily activity into the Google Sheets report. We will provide the script and train! What Is Required Of You? You are required to contact at least 100 leads each hour for a total of 2 hours or 200 leads per day. You will not talk to 100 because most will not be available, some not interested and some phone numbers will be bad. We expect for you to talk to approximately 10-20 out of 100. A max of 10 hours per week…at least until we define your work ethic. What Is Your Goal Your goal is to call, vet, recruit and hire a minimum of 10 agents per week. That equates to 1 out of 100. You will contact 1,000 each week. In order to be satisfactory and to be compensated you must secure the minimum each week. If you achieve the goal you will continue your employment. If you sign an agency that has multiple agents they are all counted toward your goal! How Are You Paid? You are paid $2.50 per hour for the 10 hours worked weekly. In addition, there could be a very exciting bonus plan for your success of recruiting and their success of enrolling people in the program.
