The Recruiter reports to the Recruitment Manager. The mission of the Recruiter is to source, screen, coach and deliver employment offers to candidates. The Recruiter will leverage different tools and creative techniques to facilitate filling job requirements. The Recruiter will have responsibility of keeping themselves up to date on modern technology and trends to advance their skillset. The recruiter will have high energy, is diligent in their work ethic, is competitive in nature, and can keep positive.
Daily submission of 2 candidates to client per day
50 % accuracy ratio of candidates screened to candidates submitted
5 candidate interviews with client per week (20 per month)
2 candidate placements per month (Fulltime OR Contract)
