Small recruitment firm to lead research of the job posting that our firm is to go after every week. You must be able to put together 3 list like the enclosure every two weeks. Know each lead and collaborate with the staff to go after different leads twice a week. You must work well on a small team, your research must be very detailed and you have to have access to call and have meetings with our team once and sometimes, twice a week. You job will be to make sure that our research of job openings is valid enough for our team to win the sales. A knowledge of sales and research both together is important for this role. You will be paid in two ways: you list are due every 14 days/twice a month, therefore you will get paid 0.75/lead. An hourly rate of $5-$6/hour to call in and meet with our team about additional openings and different research needed by you.
