Abacus Human Capital is Brisbane's leading boutique accounting recruitment firm. We currently support clients with the recruitment of permanent and temporary workers. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant/Recruitment Resourcer to work on a part-time capacity for approximately 10 - 15 hours per week to support us across a couple of key areas. This includes: 1. Managing the onboarding process for candidates placed into roles. This will include ensuring candidates who have been placed into roles are fully compliant. They will need to have completed registration forms, photo id, need a valid working visa and completed references. You may be required to liaise with candidates by email or over the phone (We have a voip system we can set you up on). You will also need to coordinate Employment Agreements, Letters of Offer and other adhoc work. 2. You may be required to complete verbal reference checks with previous line managers. 3. Talent mapping and acquisition activity to help identify prospective candidates for key roles. 4. Managing our database to ensure all information is current and relevant to maximise our productivity. This will include database clean-up work and data entry. It will be extremely advantageous if you have worked in the recruitment industry and understand the end to end recruitment process. We are happy to invest time training you on different recruitment systems, methodologies and processes but you will need to be extremely time efficient and organised. As you will be interacting with people in a professional environment, it is critical that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
