Yes, "sourcing" is a piece of the recruiting process, and we want someone who can take job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles and scour the internet for the right people of the given job. i.e. making lists of potential candidate names, emails, and social profiles.
Success will be determined on the quality of candidates you present that match the criteria specified (past work experience, university they graduated from, years of experience, geographic location, etc.). We will give you plenty of information for you to go and find people who match the job at hand.
If you have recruiting experience that's a plus.
Linkedin, Github, and other social networking sites + job board experience and Boolean search a plus.
