You should be experienced and successful in sourcing passive candidates, building pipelines, and prescreening candidates.
You should be proficient using LinkedIn, Boolean search strategies, Google shared docs /spreadsheets, and Skype. Good email and telephone etiquette. Exceptional follow-up skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to become more skilled in technical recruiting and work with some fantastic and exciting growing firms. 15 hours a week to start, flexible on the time you work.
