I am looking for an experienced, English speaking (native speak preferred, although proven business level proficiency will be accepted) recruitment sales professional for an ongoing contract. Recent experience is absolutely mandatory for this assignment as I do not have the time or resources to train someone in the intricacies and nuances of recruitment. If you do not have at lest 2 years relevant experience in a 360 degree recruitment sales role, please do not waste time applying. Your brief will be a simple one. You will qualify data to obtain the decision maker and their relative contact information. You will be required to effectively question the prospect in order to open up a problem vs solution sales dialogue. You will then be responsible for sourcing and qualifying excellent candidates that can be "sold in" to prospective clients at any given time. This is not a "cold calling for business" exercise I expect prospective clients to be qualified and questioned to a point that their recruitment practices are known extremely well. I then would expect you to source the relevant types of applicable candidates that have a great skill set and have excellent achievements and sell these candidates in to many prospective clients as possible. Essentially the candidate will be your product and you will be prospecting to find potential interviews for them. I will supply all data, processes, CRM details, and I will handle all financials. Apart from the hourly rate, I will pay a percentage of profit each month if key performance indicators are achieved. This will be discussed further. I will also provide an indepth brief including my expected results. Expected results are more than achievable if you are a seasoned recruiter. Please be advised, prior to starting this project, I will expect to see some form of corroboration or proof of your experience/credentials. Ratings and reviews alone will not be accepted. I will need someone for no more than 20 hours initially per week Monday to Friday, and you must be available to work between the hours of 9am-7pm GMT.
