To join our team, you must have a demonstrated ability to locate candidates against a set of requirements we will provide you. You will need to to accurately understand the requirement, design a sourcing strategy and then actively locate people who are good matches to that requirement.
You will be a logical thinker, an outstanding researcher and skilled at online data retrieval. More importantly, you must be completely comfortable working the phone and talking with passive candidates.
Your sourcing strategy will include calling into organizations in our industry, developing relationships with staff at those organizations, and identifying potential candidates looking for additional hours or a change of employers. You will seek referrals from the staff. You might use online sources such as LinkedIn. In short, you'll network!
We are a weight loss coaching clinic and we are seeking experienced coaches from our industry. Our staff are generally part-time, hourly employees. They are typically seasoned workers who are looking for flexible, part-time hours. We offer a competitive compensation ($18 to $22/hr) and a professional work environment. Candidates who interview with us typically like what they see...we just need you to help us identify candidates we like!
