We have been customizing ODOO v8 for a Telecom company in the USA. We are looking for someone who can help us configure the following:
1. ISSUES and TASK Based on the customer call, an issue/task is created. If Task is needed, (or for a sales order and associated project) a work order can be created and tracked for status. Until the TASK is completed, a customer request or sales request can be open and can not be billed to the customer.
2. HR Available person to work on the Work order will be based on people assisgned to the “Projects” like “Service Desk” or “Field Service” or “Customer Service”
3. Inventory Based on the service request, existing customer information is shown in the Task/Issue.
4. For a new customer or new request for upgrade/downgrade for existing customer, “equipment”...
