I need an asterisk developer or linux system administrator to help me clone a live asterisk server and create a test environment. I am running a live Asterisk 11 installation on Centos 6. I would need the the developer/ admin to walk me through all steps as I cannot give direct access to the server. I need to be able to boot and login to the test environment and understand how to safely transfer any changes I've tested back to live server. The test environment will need to have phones setup and a number working to test changes. If you have the ability and perform well, we may continue using your help to configure asterisk.

I am searching for a freelancer who will consult me in the first step, do proof of concept implementation and then implement and documentate the final project. It is about creating a could based web application infrastructure with the following services -Apache solr -memcached or redis -mysql -php webservice like apache with apc like code caching Requirements for the final infrastructure: -production environment is loadbalanced with at least 2 web server nodes and easy to extend with further web server nodes -all services needs to be high available either with cluster or failover technology -web service configuration needs to be optimized for a drupal installation -uncached homepage needs to be executed in less than 400ms -ssd for web server nodes -all services + common parameters like hdd free space etc needs to be monitored by monitoring tool which needs to be implemented -source code management / deployment by git based solution or similar -server location must be europe and would be best in germany -docker based configuration or something similar which is easy to clone to add new nodes and easy to transfer to other environments -all configurations has to be built from scratch. the current installation is only default and not optimized. -the whole environment needs to seperated into 5 environments (3 dev, 1 stage, 1 prod) -every environment needs to have its own root access account, database, code base etc. (to talk in docker language, its own docker container) so that 3 developers dont disturb each other -the code base and the database needs to get transfered between environments as easy as possible by executing a single script or tool which needs to be developed or implemented -dev and stage environment does not need to have failover or load balancing feature Some specifications from the current environment: -drupal installation with over 400 installed modules! -2GB Modules repository -APC 210 MBytes when idle without visitors after restarting the server -Memcached 717.8 MBytes This is a very special solution which needs deep knowlage of high performance web solutions and cloud services. After we discussed the details and i see the knowlege is fitting the requirements we start the contract. first we will discuss about possible solutions and what you think is best and how you think you can fullfill the requirements -> 1. milestone then the proof of concept will get implemeneted. you will get the database + code repository and you will present the solution for performance testing. in this step only server configuration and performance is tested with one node. -> 2. milestone then the loadbalanced cluster is build with failover functionality + tests -> 3. milestone then the code + database transering gets implemented -> 4. milestone To finish the project you will hand over: -step by step tutorial how the server is configured and which settings are changed -docker image (if used) -step by step tutorial how code base and databases can be transfered -step by step tutorial how additional nodes can be added and integrated into monitoring solution Please only send your application if you are a single freelancer.
