Our company would then be able to talk in real-time with each company, providing support to them whenever they need it. We have found a number of Python open source libraries for building these applications with Slack, however they don't support multi-threading out of the box, so we can't chat with multiple companies without spinning up a process for each company. We are open to using an XMPP client so we can chat within Adium or other IM clients, but also open to solutions suggested by you.
