Need someone to review quality of our live support team and help manage it. We want to make sure that our team is operating at peak performance. We have a 24/7 operations of home based team members but will need a full overview of the teams performance. We are running into issues of team members not showing up on time or at all, and we need a system implemented to resolve these issues. We can add more tools to manage the team but at the moment we use livechatinc.com and timedoctor.com Also you will need to manage and work with the team to work out any issues that you see. Most of our team chat team members are in the philippines so looking for someone who can relate and understand how to work with these members best. A plus if you can help in finding more chat members and training them once you learn the ropes of our system. Our company mainly deals with tech support for android, IOS and PC devices. With android rooting being the key service. Will also need you to setup and manage scheduling of each team member to make sure we have smooth 24/7 coverage with more members covering peak hours.
