reeder is one of the brands we distribute in Turkey with 1 million live users.
The products are tablet pc, 2in1 and smartphones.
When products have service needs, we collect them at our main hub in Istanbul and enter them into our service center ERP which is Navision, Microsoft based. Our ERP is situated on the cloud, and we have a web service in place to talk to the NAV ERP.
When a product is received at our main hub, the device gets a SERVICE ID, and it has a STATUS which is set set to RECEIVED.
During the SERVICE ID'ed product passes through several phases in our service center its STATUS changes as below examples:
- FIRST REVIEW
- UNDER REPAIR
- REPAIRED, TESTING/AGING
- NEED PAYMENT TO REPAIR
- PAYMENT RECEIVED, TO BE REPAIRED
- IN PACKAGING
