Please read this brief carefully and provide us with strong e-commerce examples from your portfolio
Pure Jewellery’s mission is to offer the world contemporary, high quality, value for money jewellery with an unrivalled personalised service.
We are going to delight customers by offering an in-house bespoke engraving service where they can choose initials, words or phrases to transform a beautiful gift into something truly unique and memorable that will be cherished for years to come.
Our product range will cater to women, men and children although there will be a clear emphasis on ladies’ jewellery. Materials will include steel, leather, sterling silver and gold, to name but a few. Typical price point will be between £30-100.
Our Current Situation
We do not have an existing web presence as this is a new venture, however we have recently finalised our logo and our expectation is that the design will fully complement its styling.
We will be an online-only business and our primary audience will be UK-based. We expect that the demographics of our primary audience will be females aged between 18-35 who are very digitally-savvy. Whilst they may be buying for themselves, we are actively targeting gift-givers by means of our bespoke engraving service.
The engraving service will be key to our success, and we will offer customers a live preview of their engraving that will depict the size, colour and positioning. The user experience of this process is absolutely key to our success.
We are very clear on the site structure, and we will provide extremely in-depth wireframes that must be strictly adhered to, in terms of layout and positioning as it must fit with the responsive theme we’ll be using for this e-commerce project. These will be provided to our chosen partner for this project.
There are no restrictions on colour palettes or fonts (ideally from Google fonts to avoid paying for licensing costs unnecessarily) as long as they complement / are aligned with our logo’s style.
We will provide lifestyle imagery for creating placeholder banners so we can understand the site’s true look and feel, however banners for live-site use are not a deliverable for this project.
Our Key Deliverables
We would expect our chosen partner to deliver the following in PSD format (this is strictly design, there is no development required):

• Category listings page – desktop, tablet and mobile
• Product detail page – desktop, tablet and mobile
• Product detail page – engraving preview – desktop, tablet and mobile
