I am looking to market a new coffee shop that my fiancé and I are about to open in the next couple of months. I'd like to create a coffee shop that will allow the customer to hand select ingredients specific to their tastes. Too many times have I gone to DD and gotten coffee that was too hot, too sweet, too dry, too blueberry, or whatever it may be. Only when I tell the barista EXACTLY what amounts of ingredients that I'd like used do I get what I want. The customer should be able to choose the ingredients catered to their tastes, and expect that a quantifiable measurement process is being utilized, like, I don't know, basic measuring cups even? This would make for a consistent morning coffee run where you know what you're getting every time and can change things just a little as needed to perfect that already amazing flavor.
