I own a Social Media Management Company and need a savvy social media expert with a command of the English language to live monitor social media accounts and respond to positive feedback with thank you's and negative feedback with scripted responses (all within a short time frame of the original post) and then bring them to my attention. A short/concise report with highlights of the week's interactions will be needed at the end of each 7 days cycle.
The assignments will be per set of social media accounts for a single client and span 7 days/1 week. The SM platforms are FB, Twitter, Google+, and potentially Yelp--this will be finalized before each assignment. However the work will be ongoing and there will be more work available for the right person. Ideally I'd like the same one or two people to stick with a single client so as to get a feel for that business.
Must be reliable, provide relevant and helpful content, have excellent insights, and easily communicate recommendations/concerns/issues as needed.
This will be an ongoing contract and additional opportunities are available for the right people.
