I need someone with a strong math and analysis background to help with regression analysis and causation analysis. I have a number of advertising channels and I am trying to determine the ROI of each ad. If the user buys after clicking on an ad, we can calculate the revenue in Google Analytics and with Facebook ad manager. The challenge comes from ads that change behavior but do not generate a click or after clicking the ad the user does a search and enters the site from our homepage. Sometimes a person might buy on a different device or not allow cookies.
I have a lot of data and the ads and the amount spent on ad changes often. I need someone that can look at the data and help determine how much "off line" or revenue that is not attached to a specific ad, comes from each ad. I believe desktop ads are more likely to generate "off line" revenue, but I am not confident.
This will help determine a multiplier we can use in setting a bid for each ad.
Must have a strong math background, must be great with visualization and good with Excel. SQL and Bigquery are a plus.
