We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, US health insurance knowledge and is computer savvy.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Checking insurance benefits, eligibility, deductibles, co-pay, pre-authorization, etc.
Verifying patient benefits and eligibility
Entering new client insurance and billing information into EMR.
Submitting required authorization requests/referrals, keep track of authorizations, number of sessions, and update as needed
Scheduling and confirming appointments
MUST speak and write fluent English
MUST be professional, reliable, dependable and honest
MUST have fast hi-speed internet connection
MUST have knowledge/experience in US Healthcare system.
