Freelancer/Team Requirements: - Commit to process at-least 5 audio hours at 98% accuracy per day. - Must have internal quality assurance in some form. - Able to do a daily check in through internal chat service. - 24/7 operational capability highly preferred. - Have a dedicated account/team manager Transcription jobs have a TAT of 24-48 hours from submission, acceptance to delivery and recordings vary in length. We are looking for a skilled and reliable transcriptionist/audio typist, since our workload is growing rapidly. We are looking for somebody who is: - accurate - fast (60wpm or more) - professional - has great attention to detail - polite and friendly - reliable and dedicated - a strong communicator - able to deliver on time We don't use any speech-to-text software and you would be required to follow our house style. Initially, this project will be for a one-off audio file, but if we like your work, we would hope to develop a longer-term relationship. We are a young, vibrant and forward-looking team and need someone who can deliver consistently high-quality, error-free work on time. Because we are predominantly writers and editors ourselves, we are rather fussy (!), so please only apply if you have excellent English skills and your transcripts are accurate. This is general transcription. The audio files vary in content, but certainly do not require specialized or technical knowledge. You have to strictly conform to specific guidelines on clean-read, client-ready transcripts. You must be able to construct grammatical and well-punctuated sentences.
