I have a project that is using an intel Edison Arduino breakout board and Arduino Uno. I need it miniaturized on it's own PCB and micro-controller. The Arduino has 2 servos attached to it so I need something to make sure they work well too. My Aim is to make a wireless energy monitoring and control circuit using ADE7753 and Zigbee enabled microcontroller CC2530. The circuit should send the readings via zigbee to a monitoring PC. HARDWARE: The ADE7753 based circuit gets the energy data and Sends the Data to 8051 based chip CC2530 via SPI interface. The Microcontroller code should be able to interpret data and send it to a PC via Zigbee. The PC software can display the energy data and can also use to contro(On/OFF)l the Load connected. Existing circuit only controls the direction forward or reverse for the convection fan, however we would like to extend this circuit so we can control the speed. Ideally a fixed range of speeds would be implemented via buttons: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%. Any sensor and fault detection (overvoltage, overheating) would be a bonus but they are not required. There are some normal 240V/50Hz single phase motors and some 3 phase motors which means this could be implemented as 2 completely separate boards / projects. The 3 phase motor is rated 240/380-415V 50/60Hz. Cost is quite an important factor so it is important to keep it as low as possible and also keep in mind the circuit may work at higher temperatures than normal inverter/vfd controllers would.
