I need some a program to be written to take a live video feed from a OV7670 camera module without FIFO and display it on a ili9341 LCD screen with an SD card on it (both parts are available on Ebay for next to nothing datasheets available on request) It needs to be done on uVision 5 IDE and the microprocessor is the STM32f407VG discovery board. looking for a high frame rate such as 15-30 FPS which I know is achievable using some of the standard lib's out there already see http://stm32f4-discovery.com/2014/04/library-08-ili9341-lcd-on-stm32f429-discovery-board/. The project folder must include all "stm32f4xx.h" and standard lib source files used and a list of pathways and pin layout to include on the environment so the project is easily set up once completed. probably an easy job for a hobby electrical engineer or programmer. If delivered successfully there will be more easy work.

I would like it in 20 days or less, I would like you to supplying the complete tested working control and buy components, because I don’t have hardware. This project will be difficult for you if you have not developed a frequency drive before. Do you have an idea of what you would need? Have you developed a Frequency Drive or something similar before? I would like it in 20 days or sooner. I want you to supply all the material it will be great. I will send the fund into milestones based on progress. You will have to design and hardware for the VFD controlled by raspberry pi and Touch screen. The main part of the design is VFD design ok. I do not have the hardware. I am an Electrical Engineer and able to program in C/C++. I do not have the resources to develop this product so; I will need the complete solution. The main part is the VFD design and interface to a raspberry pi that will utilize a touch screen to make the output adjustments. The Project We are designing a product that will be worn on the body as either a wristband or a clip-on type device. It needs to contain a small replaceable battery, printed-circuit board (PCB), Bluetooth chip, and an activation mechanism. We are not yet sure about how the activation mechanism will work. The idea is that this device can be used in an emergency to send a signal to a phone or other connected device. It could be a simple button, a rip cord, a latch held on with magnets, or something entirely different. Design Requirements We need some CAD renderings showing different looks, form factors, and activation mechanisms. PCB Engineer We need someone to design the internal hardware. The device needs to receive input from the activation mechanism and then send a "go" signal to a phone connected via Bluetooth. It will be powered with a simple pill or watch battery. At some point in the future we will want to build in an accelerometer, but for now we just want this basic functionality. General Requirements We need this product to be reliable, durable, and high quality. We have kept the design requirements simple to reduce cost, but the most important aspect is that it can survive day-to-day use and will never fail. It cannot break when dropped or work intermittently.

End Product: Floating Duck decoy that pumps water at timed intervals to create lifelike motion. Batteries, motor/pump, and controller to be housed inside decoy body.
