JEXET TECHNOLOGIES is an IT company which offers managed IT services, cloud computing and business phone system to small and mid-sized businesses and we need highly-skilled, experienced technical support personnel to troubleshoot multiple projects with strong organizational, communication and inter-personal skills and wide knowledge on various OS, application software and network connectivity issues.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
*Extensive knowledge on troubleshooting, setup and management of Windows 2003/2008/2012, SBS Servers Migration, VMware, vCenter, vMotion, VMware HA, Veean, StorageCraft, Replbit, Office 365, etc.
*Support internal staff and customers
*At least 4 years of experience
*Availability to work 15-55 hrs a week, some of which is within 8am-5pm CST.
Compensation is $15/hr.
