Job Description I’m looking to hire an experienced Power BI and Excel Dashboard developer to help build an Executive Dashboard to report on Software Product Usage. I have a sample dataset which contains all of the required fields and I need help to format a dynamic Dashboard to help visualise the data for decision making. There are a number of “views” I have in mind including: 1. Executive Summary – Very High Level 2. Finance Summary – High Level 3. Procurement Summary – High Level 4. Operations Summary – Mid-High Level I need to be able to move tiles into different views depending on business requirements, but the information I’m looking to deliver via dashboard is: • Overall Software Spend • Software Spend by Operating System • Software Product over-utilisation by $ (non-compliant) • Software Product over-utilisation by Qty (non-compliant) • Software Product under-utilisation by $ (not value for purchase) • Software Product under-utilisation by Qty (not value for purchase) • Overall costs to bring business to compliance (based on over utilisation * price/products) • Capital costs to bring business to compliance (based on over utilisation * price/license) • Operational costs to bring business to compliance (based on over utilisation * price/license) • Total $ Spend by vendor • Top 5 Vendors by spend • Top 5 Vendors by compliance risk (based on overall costs to bring business to compliance) • Surplus software licenses by product • Surplus software licenses by Vendor • All of the Above to be available by timeline (Specific Month; trend/actual over 3, 6, or 12 months for example) • Contract information (free text) for quick review; including: o Contract Number o Contract Owner o Contract Record ID o Contract Start Date o Contract End Date o Contract Negotiation Lead Time o Key Contract Information (Free Text with multiple line items) These are initial criteria that I’d like to showcase but I am open to advice based on your reporting experience. this file is for teaching. C coulom is the dril name, D coulom is the problems that the coach identifies and E coulom is the soulotins for the probelms. In the critirias tab there are all the drils, problems and soulotins. what i want is that when the coach pics a drill, for example "SKATE" in the problems coulom he will have only the problems for this dril. once he picked the problem, the soulotins coulom will show only the soulotins for the problems. all drills,problems and soulotins are in a list on critirias tab. the list will be much longer and that is why i need this options...
