i have a large working spreadsheet which I think would be easier to manage if each user listed had a drop down of all their information attached to them, instead of scrolling across many columns find the information (maybe a pivot table???) time consuming at present so need a more efficent way of collating the data for each user. (refer full employee listing tab and existing telstra optus tab. Would also like help in how to maintain it once you have found the best solution for this

We have an upcoming Microsoft Office 365 migration for 2000 seats. This role requires experience of successfully defining, delivering enterprise messaging and collaboration migrations to Cloud based strategies that embrace the entire Microsoft Office 365 Enterprise platform. Whilst there is no ‘typical’ Cloud infrastructure migration, candidates will expect to be defining and implementing migration plans for future state messaging, collaboration and communication services, typically moving away from legacy email platforms (e.g., Exchange2003, Exchange 2010). Strong technical infrastructure skills will be needed across the following Microsoft server technologies: Exchange Online, Hybrid, Exchange Server 2013, 2010, 2007 & 2003 Exchange Online Protection and leading third party message hygiene products Active Directory – Domain Services & Federation Services, Directory Synchronization to Azure AD Lync Server and/or Office Communications Server Windows Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Mobile Device Management solutions. Office 365 Senior Implementation Consultants are also required to demonstrate considerable expertise in the following areas: DNS and related network protocols as well as capability with Windows PowerShell Proven experience of network topology including: Wide Area Connectivity (On premise and Internet based), Firewall technologies and SSL certificates Experience of legacy messaging systems such as Lotus Notes, IMAP/POP3 including archiving technologies and email encryption Expert in developing messaging and migration strategy with experience of designing, deploying and supporting messaging systems in various geographic locations. Looking for a tech able to work remotely to assist with requests for support via LogMeIn Rescue, then escalating to on-site or Level 2 local technician. Must be fluent in English and able to answer the phone, log issues, help with Microsoft Office / Office 365 / Windows Server 2008R2/2012/2012R2. You will logon via remote desktop to a workstation to complete work, and use a Softphone to make calls and receive them through our phone system. When requests come in from either an on-site tech for assistance or a customer they are logged in Zendesk and billed through Freshbooks Time Entry. Local techs will forward basic tasks (password resets/etc) to you to be completed. All documentation for networks is on Sharepoint and it is expected that you expand on it and maintain it as new information is created/gathered or a change is made.
