Microsoft SCCM is a systems management software product for managing large groups of computers running Windows, OS X, as well as mobile operating systems. Configuration Manager provides remote control, patch management, software distribution, operating system deployment, network access protection and hardware and software inventory.
Currently our client has a limited deployment of SCCM 2012. our client is looking to extend utilization of SCCM to enhance the reliability, security, and flexibility of our computing environment.
STATEMENT OF WORK
• Review and re-implment, where necessary, the configuration of the existing core Configuration Manager functionality to improve the reliability and operation of the following primary features to support upto 7000 end point clients:
o Software and hardware inventory
o Application deployment
o Operating system deployment (OSD)
o Patch Management and integration with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
o Remote control and assistance
o SSRS Reporting for SCCM
o SCCM client deployment and reinstallation
o SCCM client connectivity
