We are looking to create a “site” that we can collaborate all of our employees with. What we need is a fairly basic level of functionality. We need to accomplish the following minimum functionality:
We would like 2 levels for users of the site:
-Admin: can create, edit, delete anything on the site and manage back end functionality (setup pages, setup new users change password etc.).
-Users: Can create and edit anything on the site but not delete or manage back end functions
Have a central shared “site” for creating projects. Every user will need to have access to all of the information within the project and all projects. The project folder will need to link to other folders on
our server that hold documents specific to that project. I.E.; I don’t want to have to copy files to another folder would like it to just point to the folder we select. I would like the site to monitor the “folder” so
