Our SharePoint environment is used for third-party access to some of our sites. When someone logs into the site we would like the user to be directed to a Terms and Conditions page, where they would read and agree. After checking the box they would be redirected back to the site they were originally accessing. If they come back to the site there would be a check in place so that they would not need to accept terms again. If possible we would like to be able to run a report to see when and who accepted the terms. Third-party access is controlled by a separate Active Directory domain that has a trust between our employee Active Directory. The third-party users are generally provided a URL that brings them directly to the site they have access to. They do not have access to other sites and cannot browse. SharePoint environment is 2013 and is on-premise.
