We are requesting for an estimate for an "Online Occupational Database" (SharePoint site) to be created on the existing church website www.rccghop.ca
The SharePoint site which is to be created as a separate link on the church website is intended for the following;
To allow church members to create a user account for log-in/log-out usage on the SharePoint.
To allow for a disclaimer to be read and checked-off (accepted) by intended users before using the SharePoint.
To allow signed-in/registered church members (with user accounts) to provide and save their occupational information (name, job title, industry, years of experience, area of specialization, professional certifications and contact email).
To allow users to be able to search the database for members in any occupation (e.g., search for accountants).
To allow users to click on the contact email address, which will then open a "compose an email window" for emails transmittal to other users/database members.
To allow for opportunity to post jobs/vacancies and mentoring requests by registered users.
The SharePoint site will not be open to the public. It is only for church members who will have access with their user accounts as registered members.
