We are looking for a guru in SharePoint Online support and development. We need assistance with configuration and development on the platform. Looking at a lot of form creation and simple workflow to move the business reliance on Excel. The user base is around 600 users and we have a number of small packages of work to develop online form based apps. There would also be a small element of support of the user base. Only interested in hearing from people that have experience in SharePoint Online, not just on prem. What are we trying to do? We are trying to create one organization wide knowledgement management system that talks with all our other key systems. We want to pull all the teams content together into one place that share all the same naming and permission rules, so all staff know how and where to store their materials. We want it easily searchable, and accessible from everywhere. We want an in house team to be able to maintain and curate it easily. Where we are now We’re a nonprofit company of 90 people spread out across the country. At this moment, each team has its own Google Drive. We have no central knowledge management system. We do have a Google Site that contains information about each team and resources, but it’s not very interactive. We’d like to move all of this to our SharePoint Online instance. We need help figuring out our taxonomy, how to move the documents, how to move our Google Site, our SharePoint structure, how to train staff, and how to get staff to buy into the system. “ What help do we need? We need someone to help us plan and build out our SharePoint system. Not only do we need someone with the tech skills to do so, but someone who can walk us through the process. We need to know how to setup best practices when it comes to naming, tagging, and sorting files. We need to know how to plan for moving everything to SharePoint, the technical aspects as well as how to prepare staff for it. Will need someone to do the actual document migration once we have the structures in place. Once we have everything up and running, we need help on training staff to use the new system, as well as guidance on ongoing maintenance.

Hello, I am a small business that has begun to grow over the past couple months and I am seeking a share point designer to assist me with a project to design a Program Management page so that I can begin to store all my project artifacts from each client. I currently have an Office 365 Microsoft Share Point account so as the business begins to grow, I need to be more organized and have the artifacts located on Share Point to make things items a bit easier to locate. I would like to leverage my current Share Point page by including various tabs such as "Document Repository" and "Projects" to name a few and then use sub pages to include folders for items such as 1. weekly reports. 2. We would like to perform the following for a customer on sharepoint online: we need time estimation for the below + offer: • Export to Excel code deployment We have an external list (that might be created just as a custom list on SharePoint online), we need to add a button in list ribbon. On click of this button, export all records of this list where column Flag = 0 to an excel sheet. Save a copy of the excel in a new list “Exported Files” detailing the history and providing the option to download an already exported file. Another copy is downloaded by user on his local machine. Update all records exported to Flag = 1 instead of Flag = 0. Notify the user that export was completed successfully. • Bulk Approval code deployment We have a form library called “Leave Requests”. We need to add a button in ribbon to do the below: “The button will approve the forms selected IFF ALL Forms have: 1. Leave status is “ER Approval" 2. The Logged in user has group er1 (group is a user property) 3. Leave Type = Annual (leave type is a column in list) Upon click of the button, all selected forms will be approved and will be sent to ER Approval by updating the below fields in library: 1. Set ER Decision Date to Today 2. Set ER Name to current username(substring after \) 3. ER Decision to 1 4. If ER Reason for leave = 3 set status to CB Approval & Start WF ‘LeaveRequest-Completed” 5. On creation of a new form in a form library called “Employee Referral” Generate an auto ID number that should start From 16000000 till 17999999 & keep this number in a config file to be able to change at anytime. This id will be used in point (3) 2. Save the attachment on form & create a new XML file inside a document library on SharePoint (or on a local drive in case of SharePoint Azure) 3. Name of word document & name of xml should be set to auto number id 4. The content of XML file is the below (fields inside XML are read from Form library columns) Noting that some fields should be formatted according to XML requirement example: From should be read only from YYYY from date value of InfoPath.
