We are looking for someone who can help us on an on-going basis, as needed, especially with routing and switching. Additionally tasks such as traffic shaping, setting up new dedicated lines for customers, ensuring network security, maximizing bandwidth, and decreasing latency. Other projects we have in the pipeline include an in-town mesh network using Paypal, VOIP services, and surveillance camera systems, and VOIP services. That said, our primary service is fiber optic backed wifi for homes and businesses. At present, we use only Ubiquiti routers, switches, APs and stations, as well as a Windows onsite server, although we are open to equipment made by other manufacturers as well. Whereas wireless networking proficiency would be helpful, routing and switching, security and network admin are the only essential skills for the jobs and tasks that are most important to us.
