I have VMWare ESXi server from OVH.
There is a problem that sometimes some packets are not routed to the correct VM. I have tried and tested with WireShark and this seems to be the problem, NOT any problem in our VMs, so problem is likely in hypervisor. We are testing with DNS server as our application we are trying to get work when this problem was discovered and have tried both WindowsDNS and Bind; we are confident the problem is in the routing as we do not see the incoming packets even before the firewall(using wireshark). Sometimes requests come through correctly, sometimes they do not.
We need someone who has familiarity with ESXi hypervisor and Win2008 R2 server who can fix our problem.
We invite anyone to have a try, but will only pay for a successful fix. This aught to be something very rudimentary which we have overlooked as it is a cleanly installed server from OVH and we have not re-configured or played with the settings.
We just need to get all our VMs working correctly on this machine, and it would be ideal to connect with someone who can help us with our network problems now and in future.
I propose that I connect to the ESXi server on my PC here and that a would-be-fixer uses TeamViewer on my PC to fix the problem in front of my eyes for starters(and it solves security problems with allowing access to our servers to someone we dont know). IF someone knows what they are doing I do not think this problem should take more than an hour to solve.
