I am looking for a long-term Personal Virtual Assistant to assist with a wide variety of both personal and business tasks, including: - Sorting and summarizing email - Schedule appointments by email and by phone - Occasionally take phone calls (using virtual phone) - Manage personal and business calendars - Sort, manage, and file electronic documents - Create and prepare basic spreadsheets - Transcribe, write, or proofread letters & documents - Basic website maintenance (using CMS like Wix, Wordpress, Joomla, etc.) - Web research and content creation for site pages and blog posts - Special research projects (web-based) Requirements: - Reliable: Completing tasks by deadline - Efficient: Not spending excessive time on tasks - Quality: Work is accurate and complete - Responsive: Responds quickly to questions and to confirm task assignments - Available: Many tasks can be done in the evenings or on weekends, but must have some weekday/daytime availability (UTC-7:00) for handling telephone-based tasks. - Spoken English Fluency: Sufficient to make phone calls with US-based parties - Written English Fluency: Sufficient to write and proofread English documents - Confidentiality: Will be asked to sign NDA and honor confidentiality - Secure: Must take cyber security seriously, protecting logins and passwords If you have skills in most areas, but not all, we may still be able to work together. Hello everyone! So, I'm getting ready publish my first novel, and I need to upload it into the website Pronoun (similar to Smashwords) so that it can be published as an ebook. Only I'm having a heck of a time trying to figure out how to get it all formatted correctly. Particularly the chapter titles/table of contents, among a few other things. The body of the story shows up fine when I run it through a test, it's mostly all the pages leading up to the first page of the story, plus the chapters titles I need help with. If there's anyone out there who has good experience with this and is good at it, I'l love some help, because it's driving me nuts! If anyone happens to have experience with the website Pronoun that would be a huge bonus, but I think their formatting rules are probably pretty similar to standard ebook formatting. If need be, I'd be happy to send you a link to their formatting rules if it helps. Thanks so much!

My friends and I have lots of interesting conversation and I do not have time to research the data I need to support my positions. For example, I believe that if you taxed the top 1% of all wage earners in the US at 100% of income, the amount of taxes would not meet the total US government expenditures. So, if you pick 2015 as the year, you would need to get IRS data on wages and taxes paid and data on total US government spending. I would pose many questions like this. Expectations on the answer would include the details as well as sources (websites/links).
