We're looking for someone to function in the role of Admin Assistant- to juggle all of the balls in the air with the goal of not dropping any... to the best of one's ability of course.
There will be many tasks- most all of them different with a few ongoing.
The ideal candidate has attention to detail and follow through without supervision. Must be excellent writer and have strong command of English language (verbal and written). Should have the ability to make and receive U.S. phonecalls using Grasshopper. App available for iPhone and Android devices.
You might be communicating with a factory, ordering fabric, office supplies, scheduling fashion shows, photoshoots, replying to model/customer inquiries, communicating with our shipping dept, calendar management, social media posts and more.
Some Knowledge of Google Drive/Docs, Evernote, Trello, Dropbox, Skype is needed. Basic knowledge of wordpress a plus.
You enjoy fine-tuning processes, reducing variability, and bringing things into compliance. And you are also friendly and personable, and full of quick-thinking common sense. You genuinely like people, and appreciate our customers' needs and the needs of other team members. In short, you are awesome--and you enhance the awesomeness of others through great co-working.
You are able to multi task without complaint, take verbal instruction without a myriad of unnecessary questions and convey that to a finished job well done.
Fashion, Marketing, Social Media, Team Lead experiences are all a plus.
