I have five audio recordings of (00:41:43), (01:33:27), (02:10:20), (02:09:06), (02:21:11) of Training Recordings that I need transcribed into Microsoft Word. The seminar presentation was on Real Estate rentals, contracts, commercial real estate, and short sales and foreclosures. There is a main speaker giving the seminar, but there maybe other speakers in the audio. Please, transcribe even if it is a sound (like ah, uhm, and the likes). Also, there is some audience interaction (ex, Questions and Answers). We would like to have the project completed within 30 days of it being accepted. Preferably use a legible font like Calibri, Arial, Times New Roman, etc., and a font size 11. Also, for any inaudible portions of the audio, please specify time as follows in this example: Speaker 1: If you go into MyFloridaLicense, do it there and I’ll do it here and I‘ll show everything. Dear Freelancer, Thanks for your interest in our General Transcription (GT) Process. We request you to go through the details shared below; NATURE OF WORK This is a 365-day process and ONLY long-term service providers are encouraged to take up work (No part-time job seekers will be entertained). It is suggested you have a team so that you can pick up more volumes of work. The service provider will be offered both permanent assignments and occasional assignments based upon their availability. We pay based on the volume of work that is processed by the service provider. Presently, we have three different brackets (depending upon hours of work a freelancer can take every day). The rates below are applicable to 'per hour of audio processed everyday' 1. $15 2. $18 3. $20 4. TAT Miss will attract 20% PENALTY 5. NO PAY – Returned Transcript by Client 6. ANNUAL BONUS of $1 - $2 applicable on entire year's work (to be discussed) NOTE – Detailed feedback file will be provided for returned transcripts (final files) from the client and NO Pay will be offered. If a transcript is returned by client for MORE than three times, NO further work will be offered to the service provider. The client losses reputation for a returned transcript, so please be very careful with your team's work. Presently, we require contractors to take work on weekdays as well as weekends (no compulsion for weekends, prior intimation should be given by the service provider if they want to take up work on weekends). We are looking for someone to help us with a design project on our Language & Culture High School Summer Abroad programs. The work will require transferring tables and formatting from Google Docs into Microsoft Word or Adobe fill-able, editable PDF. Some of the tables will have images embedded as well. This will be a project that requires quick turnaround and may require many hours in only 2-3 weeks. We are also open to having someone suggest other solutions to the design issue at hand, therefore, being able to discuss the project and give input is helpful.
