Who We Are: Retensa is internationally recognized by ABC News, Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, and The New York Times as a leader and innovator of Employee Retention Strategies and HR Technology. This management consulting firm provides Talent Management services and online software to clients in 44 countries in 12 languages. With a vision of “Creating workplaces where every employee is engaged by what they do, and inspired by who they work for”, Retensa helps employers reduce staff turnover, improve morale, and mine HR data to develop a high performing workforce.
What You Will Do: The employee experience happens every day. Even at the same company, in London something inspired an employee, in Seattle something discouraged another. However, no one person knows when, how, or why these things occur so differently at the same organization.
You will work as part of our Talent Management Consulting team to help us uncover the truth in organizations. You will use your listening and logic skills to capture employee insights and identify their frustrations, motivations, and interests. The process is to primarily conduct live, phone-based interviews with employees at companies all over the world. These interviews occur most often when employees leave (“Exit Interviews”), when they join (“New Hire”), and while they are still there (“Stay Interviews”).
Your goal is to discover why employees join, stay and leave their organization, and in the process uncover important employee observations and organizational trends. Position begins immediately and work is ongoing and consistent. The ideal candidate must have regular availability during the week, but can be flexible hours of the day. You can be located anywhere in the USA or US territories.
What We Believe: As a Retensa team member, you will be at the forefront of Management Consulting, Cloud-based Technology, Predictive Analytics, and Organizational Development. Your effort can help up to 1 billion employees in 1 million companies worldwide.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate has:
• Natural curiosity
• Enthusiasm for talking with people
• A customer-service orientation
• Strong organizational skills
• A motivational and collaborative mindset
• Bi-lingual is a BIG plus (Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Japanese)
• Bachelor’s Degree or similar four (4) year degree (Human Resources, OD/HR, Psychology a plus)
• Typing rate of 45 WPM or more (you can “check typing speed” searching online)
• Excellent written English
• Clear and comfortable verbal communication
If you want to help us to create a workplace where everyone is engaged by what they do and inspired by who they work for, this role is for you.
Time/Compensation: Hours per week: Min 8 hours/wk – Max 24 hours/week. Very flexible hours available. One interview can take from 5-25 minutes and pay varies per completed interview.
