Our company is looking to hire someone to process leads generated from our radio and website marketing campaigns. The individual will need to be able to speak and write in english, have strong web research skills, specifically in researching real estate. Most research can be done using Zillow or However, some of the leads we get are in rural areas of Missouri, so more research may be required to get the information we need. The information we will need includes the area comparable homes sold (comps) provided within a 1/5 mile radius and homes sold within the last 6-12 months. Any pictures available online of the property will also be needed as well as any property records available, pulled from the county or city assessors office. A daily packet will need to be prepared and sent by 11 am each day with all of the leads from the day before. It can be anywhere from 1 - 8 leads a day. A template will be provided to help guide you in the information required for each property. If needed, some additional tasks may include starting and stoping utilities on homes.
