We are looking for software development company/individual that are/is able to develop Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for Condominium/Apartment businesses that will improve tenant, comfort, staff productivity, and provide energy efficient and secure environment to residents/real estate business owners.
Having conceptualized the project we are searching for a development partner to enable and activate the concept from a technology perspective.
Project Profile and Company Requirements:
Develop a module (a part of whole application suite) that allows the tenant to control various IoT enabled devices from app downloaded into his/her smartphone using cloud as a middleware. Diagrams attached showcase the concept. The overall technology consists of:
1.A native app (iOS and Android) by which tenant can control various IoT enabled devices in a Condominium/Apartment like Door Lock, Curtain Sensor, Motion Sensor, Light Switch, Outlet, Light Dimmer, TV etc. with a touch of icon.
2.App will communicate with automation hub (Zig-Bee, ZWave etc.) connected to each IoT devices in the room
3.A web or mobile App administrative dashboard interface component of the app will provide centralized control to all IoT devices to real estate owners and get energy usage analytics reports at various intervals.
4.Integrate App guest account with third party Property Management System (PMS) account
5.For real time synchronization between third party PMS and Tenant App have some type of Transfer Agent

•Application should support protocols like: Z-Wave®, ZigBee®, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth
•Agile Methodologies should be utilized to develop this technology/application.
•App should be able to interact with Z-Wave/ZigBee/Bluetooth supported devices like: Door Lock, Curtain Sensor, Motion Sensor, Light Switch, Outlet, Light Dimmer and any other device supported by protocol.
•App should be based on Appcelerator (www.appcelerator.com), Mobile Smith or similar platform.
•The app server will reside in 'cloud' environment, hosted by a third party.
•Has to have seamless experience between phone, tablet and PC
