We are an Australian Nannying Agency. We will need fortnightly Monday support with our invoicing needs. Clients send us a timesheet and an invoice and we need to then use this information to invoice another client (as we are the middlemen). We use MYOB online software. Clients will be sending invoices and timesheets to your personal email you create for our business and you will need to upload these documents into our google business drive. A spreadsheet will need to be created to track incoming and outgoing invoice data each fortnight in order to show profit and sent to us by the end of that Monday. As time progresses, more tasks may be added and more clients are coming on-board each week but for now this job may take 2-4 hours. As competency is established, tax preparation will be required.
Great English skills (as emails will need to be written to clients who have not sent in documentation) and great attention to detail is required.
