We are a US-based tech support company looking for an affordable outsourcing contractor to help us provide Level 2 Windows PC and Server support for business customers.
We need email, chat-based and phone support so you must have EXCELLENT ORAL/WRITTEN ENGLISH skills. We require a contractor who can use our tools (software) and will follow our policies and procedures.
You MUST have stable power and Internet access.
Our customer service requirements are very important so you must be able to work with us to measure and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction.
We expect a high level of skill with supporting PCs, basic Servers, Smartphones, productivity apps (like Office), peripherals but also the ability to answer questions, provide advice and training via remote control of the user's machine.
The chosen contractor will have an established history of providing exceptional support with applicable references and scores on appropriate Upwork tests.
Most importantly, we need a team member who can work with us to establish and grow an excellent service.
