The IT Manager is responsible for assisting the Chief Technology Officer with the provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and related infrastructure. He or she also seeks to ensure that the up-time, performance, resources, and security of the computers and software he or she manages and strives to meet the needs of the users and the company.
