We are looking for yet another fabulous Filipino to join our amazing team of long term employees to help us with one of our businesses (run by my wife) that is transitioning from Shoppe Pro to Shopify for her online and bricks and mortar art supply business that currently retails but is soon to move across to wholesale / distribution as well.
You MUST have significant, demonstrable experience with all facets of Shopify and preferably have helped launch one or at worst worked for a great many hours shaping and managing sales.
We would prefer if you had experience with retail shops using Shopify as well as selling online with Shopify.
You will be reporting to Lennie who is my executive assistant "Little Boss" and working on my wifes new Shopify website she had built to get all content 100% correct with images, tags, descriptions, enter new stock lines, search for and enter bar codes and more.
If you have superb skills in what we need, are a great team player, willing and able to prove yourself and then be given more and more hours and can consistently perform we want to talk to you.
Your written and verbal english will be excellent and your patience with helping my wife understand what Shopify can and can't do, helping to make it the best looking and functioning site, tag and describe each product well so it helps the SEO. You will also need to set up and run the newsletter (probably Mailchimp) help with social media marketing and more.
We are not new to Upwork or working with VAs in The Philippines but we are new to Shopify so we want someone who knows things so well they can come to us with ideas and suggestions on what we can or need to do better and of course work with my very busy wife who runs this busy business and our home and looks after our 5 children :)
