We are experiencing problems with our systems wherein multiple clients connecting to a single NFS gateway server seem to exhibit problems reading or writing to the NFS server. The issues appear to be sporadic (probably related to load) and we have been unable to identify where the bottleneck is and how to fix it. I am looking for someone with the following qualifications... 1) The ability to diagnose and demonstrate the problem area 2) The availability to respond to a Skype message during the times this problem is occurring in order to log in and look at it at that moment. 3) Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting/diagnosing problems with storage-related systems including knowledge of NFS, iSCSI, etc. A few pieces of information about our setup and what we have done so far... 1) We are using a dell equallogic PS6500 SAN (48 1TB drives) - We call this machine EQ1 2) We have an NFS gateway machine connected to it via iSCSI that exports the entire volume. - We call this machine FS1... it is a physical machine with CentOS 6 installed directly on the hardware. 3) We have a number of VM's (approximately 9) that mount this NFS share and constantly read/write from/to it. These VM's use XenServer as their virtualization platform and are currently using "Linux Bridge" for communication with the NICs. 4) We have bonded 4 - 1Gb interfaces between FS1 and EQ1. These 2 share 1 switch dedicated to their communication. 5) We have bonded 3 - 1Gb interfaces on each VM to connect to primary switch for the network that FS1 is also on. (FS1 has 4 - 1Gb interfaces bonded and connected to this network) After you apply... pls send a message with your skype ID
