We would like to add the following feature to our Objective-C/Cocoa OS X application:
Automatically enable and disable OS X "Do Not Disturb"
That is, we should be able to turn on and off the OS X Do Not Disturb feature from the app.
We are not sure how to solve this problem, but the solution could either be with an Objective-C method, or with an Applescript invoked by the application.
The applications runs with escalated privileges and is not distributed through the app store, so private API's are OK.
It is important this solution works on 10.10 and 10.11.
Before we accept this work, you must be confident of your solution. Do not apply to this job if you do not have a working solution.
