ABOUT: Grēnlist.com is a website intended to contribute to environmental causes, while being a “social” classifieds site, where members have profiles and are able to communicate through chat/IM. DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS: 1. MUST be prompt and reliable. 2. Communicate VERY effectively through email. 3. Meet deadlines! - I offer reasonable flexibility for unexpected occurrences. WORK: We have OVER 50 projects of various sizes / difficulty levels which will need to be addressed in the future! You MUST be proficient and experienced with Zend/PHP/Cron jobs. The framework is ZEND and written in PHP, although previous developers have had some issues with poor programming, and may need to be adjusted along with each new task. CURRENT NEEDS - JOBS 1&2: 1) Our classified ads are not being displayed in the correct order: newest date to oldest. 2) We have a cron job in our admin that automatically relists ads by selected date/category/number of ads etc. This is a little complicated, as the ads must not duplicate. It is not working properly, and must be fixed. VERY IMPORTANT! Developer MUST be able to communicate effectively through email, and in a timely manner. Due to personal reasons, Dilan (CEO) is often NOT able to communicate via phone/skype. PROCESS: Please send me a rough initial quote with SIGNED NDA! Hey there! I have a LinkedIn coaching and consulting business that is growing fast and I am in need of a VA that can take over parts of my business for me that I don't have the time to do myself anymore. I am looking for someone from Eastern Europe (preferably from Croatia or Serbia, but other parts of EE are great, too) that has knowledge (at least basic) in: - Wordpress (posting blog posts and maintaining the site - Social media (posting on daily basis through Buffer, will provide the materials) - LinkedIn (take over my account and do the magic there I show her/him to do on daily basis:)) - E-mail marketing (Mailchimp) - Content marketing (at least basics) - Setting up basic landing pages - managing other stuff as they come up (and they always do:)) - Fluent English (written and spoken) are a must as I work with US and UK clients most Additional knowledge in SEO, Active Campaign (or similar), Sales funnels, lead generation, webinars, design are absolutely a HUGE plus. Skills I am looking for: - hard working and willing to learn - result driven - action taker - doesn't need to be micromanaged - can multitask - works well under pressure (not that I have a LOT but sometimes it happens and I need things to be done ASAP) - go-getter - and quick serious in execution - respects deadlines (It's REALLY important:)) You don;t need to know everything I mentioned above, but you need to be willing to learn fast and sometimes by yourself. I want start with 20-40 hours per month, with a budget between $5-12 per hour to start and see where it takes us. This rate can, of course, increase with time. My idea is that this person is with me long-term and becomes a permanent part of the team. When applying for this job put 'happy hypo' into your greeting so I know you read the whole job description. Looking forward to your proposals! Mirna
