I have a LinkedIn coaching and consulting business that is growing fast and I am in need of a VA that can take over parts of my business for me that I don't have the time to do myself anymore.
I am looking for someone from Eastern Europe (preferably from Croatia or Serbia, but other parts of EE are great, too) that has knowledge (at least basic) in:
- Wordpress (posting blog posts and maintaining the site
- Social media (posting on daily basis through Buffer, will provide the materials)
- LinkedIn (take over my account and do the magic there I show her/him to do on daily basis:))
- E-mail marketing (Mailchimp)
- Content marketing (at least basics)
- Setting up basic landing pages
- managing other stuff as they come up (and they always do:))
- Fluent English (written and spoken) are a must as I work with US and UK clients most
Additional knowledge in SEO, Active Campaign (or similar), Sales funnels, lead generation, webinars, design are absolutely a HUGE plus.
Skills I am looking for:
- hard working and willing to learn
- result driven
- action taker
- doesn't need to be micromanaged
- can multitask
- works well under pressure (not that I have a LOT but sometimes it happens and I need things to be done ASAP)
- and quick serious in execution
- respects deadlines (It's REALLY important:))
You don;t need to know everything I mentioned above, but you need to be willing to learn fast and sometimes by yourself.
I want start with 20-40 hours per month, with a budget between $5-12 per hour to start and see where it takes us. This rate can, of course, increase with time.
My idea is that this person is with me long-term and becomes a permanent part of the team.
