What Needs to Be Done:
Every day, customers who purchase my books and online courses write and call in with questions. Questions about accessing their order, questions about billing, questions about refunds, chargebacks, and many other concerns.
Here's what I'm looking for...
I'm looking for someone who is very organized and detailed-oriented because you will be corresponding with many customers through online customer service platform inside of zendesk. Please put attentive when you respond. You will be answering emails, providing customers with links to book appointments and order new products, issuing refunds, and other customer service tasks. You will also be making calls out to customers and answer the phone when customers all tackling the same issues.
If you're the right person for the job, this could lead to a permanent full-time position of 30-40 hrs a week starting at 20 hrs per week.
All hires in our company go through a 90 day test period, where we will review your performance after 90 days and determine if you're the right fit for the job.
We are growing quickly and building our existing team up. There is a lot of room for promotion based upon your performance and initiative on the team.
