I am looking for a reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented customer support star with great technical skills to be part of the team.
What Needs to Be Done:
Every day, customers who purchase my books and online courses write and call in with questions. Questions about accessing their order, questions about billing, questions about refunds, chargebacks, and many other concerns.
What I Am Looking For...
I'm looking for someone who is very organized and detailed-oriented because you will be corresponding with many customers through uor online customer service platform inside of Zendesk.
What you'll be doing...
You will be answering emails, providing customers with links to book appointments and order new products and services, issuing refunds, and doing other customer service tasks.
You will also be receiving and/or making phone calls to customers to help them resolve their issues.
- Answering emails/livechat/tickets, providing top-notch service
- Processing orders and shipments in e-commerce system
- Provide support for customers and users to use our sites
- Updating product information, images
- Escalating tickets to the technical team
- Other tasks as assigned
What the position entails:
We like to start each new customer support agent at 10-20 hrs per week to start.
However, if you're the right person for the job, this could lead to a permanent full-time position of 30-40 hrs a week.
All new hires in our company go through a 90 day test period, where we will review your performance after 90 days and determine if you're the right fit for the job and for the company.
This is a long-term position so I am looking for a team player, who will do their part to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
The rate of pay depends on the level of experience and how closely your skill set matches the desired requirements.
