Hello! I need a software/database developer to create a relatively-simple database program for me. I am a home-remodeler; I remodel entire houses. In order to plan a scope of work for the house (the Scope Of Work is exactly what needs to be done to the house to make it like new again), I walk around the house and input key points from each room, i.e. length, width, height, how many windows, how many doors, what type of flooring will be installed, etc.). I will input all of this data and more into the program, and the program will then be able to output an organized materials list, a scope of work (the To-Do List), and some other things. The program will basically be a nicely organized database for me to store data for the projects I am working on. It will streamline my data-collection process. There will be 2 GUI front ends (an executable Windows program AND a web-based app), and a web-based database backend (perhaps SQL Server? - both the desktop app and the web app will obviously be pulling data from and pushing data to the same database). This is so I can access the data from anywhere and from any device (i.e. from my laptop at home, and from my smartphone on the go). Please let me know what programming language(s) you will be using to create this. Thanks, and feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I'm also open to suggestions. Chris

I have a file in calc (openoffice). It is a simple file made of 13700 rows and 8 columns. Data are always the same kind. I am not able with database, so I just need to have a report as I wrote in the example file I attached here. I think it is really simple for an expert about databases. I need it in few hours. It would be perfect for me to have it in 5/6 hours since now. So contact me only if you can do it really soon. Looking for a developer who can develop a database where we can manage and control the attendance of students in events and at the end of the event can print out a certificate for each student with the relevant information. We already have a database in filemaker but it does not have all the functionalities we want. The design could be an extended version of Filemakers Starter Solution "Events Management". The database must be available to be reached and edited by different people either as a file on dropbox or it can be kind of an app on a server. The database can also be done in OpenOffice or any other free solution that runs on mac and windows. I am looking for your advise on how you will do this task in the most simple, practical and efficient way.
