I am looking to move our ticket/service management to Orchard, and Umbarco thats easily maintained and managed.
We have many companies dropping of parts for repairs, and they need to be able to login in under their company and view the status and create tickets
It will need full documentation and work with the orchard architecture V1 and 2, with workflow integration.
Full UI, for both Admin and users
You will need to document, what you will create, UI and module and the different places of modification.
