Successful candidate will perform general clerical and receptionist duties. Answer phone calls, take messages and relay it to correct department. Supports staff in assigned project based work.
In addition, Caller will reach possible clients that are willing to accept quotes for their insurance (personal or commercial lines). This will start as a part-time basis job but will progress to full-time if the selected candidate is very good. Candidates with the lowest bid will be given priority. They will also call tax clients to set-up meeting and appointments.

The successful candidate must have reliable high speed internet, a VOIP system (such as Skype or Google Voice Chat), have the ability to video conference, be fluent in English, be able to learn our quoting systems, be able to learn to use our CRM database, be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
If working from home, the successful candidate must have a separate work environment from the main living area so as not to be disturbed during work hours.
