We have developed a true cloud solution that automates management of the product catalog used in eCommerce stores. While many systems exist to manage the product information called PIM, our approach is disruptive, requires no install, no setup or upfront costs. Comparable solutions require 3-12 months setup and 25-250k upfront. Our approach and process is exactly the opposite of current approach and we reverse engineer to automate the creation of PIM and provide product diagnostics that significantly lowers the risk of lost sales."

We have a provisional utility patent submitted with the USPTO and need to file for an actual utility patent based on the mentioned provisional. We have efiling with the USPTO ourselves but need someone that can prepare all the documents needed so all we do is to submit digitally. We expect this to be less than 2 hours of work and will be paying a lump sum. if you think the work will take more than 2 hours we are happy to understand the reasons for it and pay accordingly. We have more provisional patents submitted so if the work is good there is room for more work together. We are only looking at IP attorneys. Candidates must explain how many times they have converted a provisional into a patent and provide with at least 20 patent numbers that they have submitted under this process for our own due diligence.

I need someone to do a patent search on sweat/ perspiration management technologies in sports apparel. I need to have a full search with patent summaries that address all patents filed with regard to the management, removal, dispersion, etc. of sweat within the apparel category. I'm not interested in moisture management fabrics or laminates that claim "waterproof - breathable" characteristics. I am accepting offers to do this work on a fixed price basis. I expect there to be four phases in this work. 1. Initial research 2. Research definition 3. Summary presentation 4. Final feedback and presentation

I have a provisional patent already and would like to know what rights I have in a non-provisional application. If the application is experienced and proven then I may even have him write for me the non-provisional.

Getting ahead of ourselves, we wrote 12 patent applications but could only afford to complete four. An attorney offered to manage the rest pro bono then failed to respond to the patent office. We think we have game-changing patents for the alarm industry, mobile phone, security, and 911 but we need some help getting them finished. The good news: our team is all cops, we just finished our first book, 27 CLOSE CALLS (now on Amazon), we're led by an MBA and we have lots of great people helping. But we are a cash-starved startup and need someone to help us reactivate those patents and save them. We will offer a percentage of each one when we sell or license.

I need an attorney versed in trademarks to do a trademark search and filing for my small business. We have our business name and variations, logo and some program names - depending on the ability to file variations together or separately, I expect this to be approximately 5 separate trademarks, give or take. Looking for flat pricing each (excluding filing fee, as I know that is standard), with the expectation we would do 3-5 minimum initially. Feel free to ask questions prior/during bid. *Please disregard my entered budget, it was a placeholder.

I need to file two patents in China in national phase entry. The budget is $ 550.00 per patent for legal fees plus official fees. The filing legal fees of $ 550.00 should include: attorney filing fees including request for examination, 2 priority dates filing, and any other attorney fee. Official filing fees are in addition. Thanks filip
