Project Goal: To implement a system where after our clients fill out our online booking form (Gravity Forms) an invoice is created based on information from the form. An email is then sent to the client with a link to view and pay the invoice with the invoice also attached as a .pdf. When the client opens the link to view the invoice, the invoice is presented along with "Pay with Card" and "Pay with PayPal" buttons. If "Pay with Card" is clicked, take them to a page to enter their card information. There will also need to be an option to "Keep this card on file" and if that checkbox is selected "Would you like future invoices to be paid automatically with this card" option appears. If the client would like to keep the card on file the card information needs to be saved for the client to quickly use again in the future. If the client would like to auto-pay invoices, the system needs to save the card information and automatically charge the card when new invoices are created for the client. The system also needs to record the payment and send a receipt. Additional Requests: * Integrate into Freshbooks accounting software * Any back-end should be as user-friendly as possible. * Have a way for us to take card info over the phone and have options to save and setup auto-bill * Have a way for clients to login and manage card information and auto-billing, see payment history, see outstanding invoices, and view the itemized invoices * The client needs to have the ability to forward the invoice on to someone else and them be able to pay it * Options for volume prepaid credits * Be able to track credits, ie. if payment was made and an appointment is canceled or credits are prepaid * Be able to send reminder emails for payment * Be able to edit the invoices * Be able to integrate with Google Sheets to track payment history and invoice status Additional Information: * Website- www.homesnappers.com (Wordpress) * Current invoicing system- Freshbooks * No specific deadline, but the sooner the better * The budget is flexible, but we will be going with a reasonable developer price quote Preferred Invoicing Software (if possible): Freshbooks Software that may work to help accomplish our goals: Stripe What methods will you use to make this happen?
