We sell cell phones and our carrier pays us commissions in tiers up to 3 months depending on our customers 1st, 2nd and 3rd bill payments.
In order for us to at least gain the best possible income, we require our employees to keep in contact with the customers they sell to for the first month.
Currently we are using google sheets to provide the employees the data needed of each once of their customers, the process was working but with limited control and ability to track if our employees are actually taking care of those tasks.
We need to create some kind of platform to import this data in, and be displayed for each individual employee, and be able to update this data once it becomes available with new information such as 2nd payment or 3rd payment made.
we would like to give the employees the ability to check off an account if they had already attempted to call that customer, mark it paid if they see the account has been paid, add notes to what changes have happened, or simply add notes of the most recent talk to this customer.
The portal would need to be user based, and we need to assign user access Admin, Manager and Clerk, and we would need to be able to have the system match the employees to the records imported by name and location.
