I run a company in Sydney, Australia which builds digital advertising panels - (e.g. the ones you might see at an airport or shopping centre).
I need a very experienced software developer to integrate a C++ facial recognition software framework into a CMS/.NET program.
We are trying to develop and integrate facial recognition into an open source digital signage content management system. There will be a HD camera integrated into the 55 inch panel.
The purpose of this is so we can: tell who is looking at the ad, estimate the age of the person, and estimate their gender.
Each panel have up 5 advertisers using it at any one time (5 different ads).
I need someone that can modify online Xibo CMS (http://xibo.org.uk/) to include facial recognition inputs from a camera on a digital panel and process it using a facial recognition software.
I have found OpenBR (http://openbiometrics.org/) which is an open source C++ framework for facial movements, age estimation and gender estimation.
We need to combine it with the digital screen content system. On the CMS, there needs to be an added statistics tab for each scheduled advert that extracts and displays the facial impressions, age estimation and gender estimation in real time from the panel. This needs to be able to be downloaded from the CMS as a CSV.
You don't have to use OpenBR as the facial recognition framework, however we need something that is accurate and can record whether somebody is looking at the digital panel.
