=== DETAILS ===
I have a VPS server with bluehost for domain psicologiaparaninos.com which is a wordpress site. Every now and then I get notifications from the server with the following messages:
"The process “mysqld” was terminated because the system is low on memory."
"The process “php” was terminated because the system is low on memory."
*** Please see attached image for reference. I also have close to 50 emails with the process termination errors. If you need me to forward some/all to you, please specify so you can have a better understanding of the issues the site is having. ***
When I get these notification emails, the site goes down and shows the message: "ERROR ESTABLISHING DATABASE CONNECTION".
It normally gets fixed on its own after 15-30 minutes once the services get terminated and restarted.
I can also "repair it (at least temporarily)" by logging to whm and restarting MYSQL and PHP services.
However, it is not a real fix. I don't know if the problem is being caused by WordPress scripts, coding, configuration, or anything wordpress related or if the problem is caused by a misconfiguration on the server. I was also told that my wordpress is slow because of slow ajax requests that need to get fixed.
I was told this behavior is not normal and I should have my website checked to see what was causing this problem and overloading the server. I was also told that wordpress needed optimization because of some scripts or code that made the site slow and created all kinds of errors.
=== WHAT I NEED ===
I need someone to trully check the website and find if the source of the problem is a misconfiguration in wordpress or the server.
=== MAIN GOAL ===
Stop the site from crashing and having downtime.
