Looking for a social media and content savvy assistant who gets excited about fan and follower growth and engagement. Must love the world of online marketing and SEO and always be thinking of new ways to generate engagement, traffic and leads. A trend spotter and learner.
Applicants must answer questions at the end of this post. Applicant must also have excellent English writing skills, as you will be responsible for writing clear, engaging and concise copy for SM posts and campaigns.
If all goes well for first assignment, there would be possibility for an ongoing position that would require knowledge of Social Media Networking, Posting, and Scheduling utilizing programs such as Hootsuite, Buffer Apps and iftt, and RavenSEOTools.
Must have knowledge of Wordpress and SEO, keyword research. Graphic design experience a plus.
Must be very familiar with social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIN, YouTube and Google+, and with the above mentioned tools, Google Analytics, Keyword Research -- Keyword Planner
MUST BE PROFICIENT in ENGLISH
Job Tasks would involve keyword and competitor research, curating content to share on social media sites, creating original content, monitoring what is being posted/commented/written about client businesses on all social media sites pertaining to each business, and to write and post replies, comments and social posts, including photos, videos and other information.
Other typical job tasks would involve web directory listings, uploading photos, listing contact info and addresses and linking Web sites, posting using Wordpress--optimizing all posts for SEO.
It is very important that whomever applies for this job is very familiar with social media and all tools and software mentioned above, and knowledge of SEO is required.
The time required would be minimum four hours per week, and will increase as more work comes in. This is an entry level position, but here is room to grow for the right candidate. This is a telecommuting position--work from home.
