We are looking for an experienced social media and customer service guru to join our team. It's a great opportunity to learn a whole new world of B2B marketing, and be a part of the face paced startup environment.
There are 3 aspects of responsibilities to this role:
1. Social media marketing
* Create a 90-day social media plan
* Create content, graphics, and other engaging materials to post on a daily basis
* Naturally grow the number of likes / followings on each channel by at least 25% in the first 3 months
* Increase engagement across social media channel by at least 50% and in turn, quality traffic to our site
* Use combination of FB, Twitter, Linkedin, G+, Instagram plus other business forums as required.
2. Community support
* Increase engagement and interaction between users in the community
* Improve rate of sign-ups...
