I am looking for someone who knows linux as well as mail delivery. I have hire 2 persons to fix my problem and its still now fixed. Let me explain. I had someone set up a droplet on digitalocean for me that was hosting my websites and it apparently had some security issues so it was sending out alot of spam with out my knowledge. Digitalocean block my smtp and google blocked my ip address completely. I hired someone to fix this as i wanted my email signup and notifications from my website reach my inbox as well as the subscribers. After going through this back and forth and my smtp port being opened again my mail still cannot reach google. I wanted the ip address changed since i though this would solve the problem and i was told it was but still no results. I was told that the dns setting has to point to a new mail server that was created..... all in all i didn't pay for a mail server so that i would have the same problem and i am trying of hiring free lancers who say they can do a job...

We have a recently installed postfix smtp server. We require it configuring so that: 1) Users in our IP ranges do not need to authenticate. 2) Users outside of our IP ranges must authenticate by pop3 user/pass. 3) Some form of mass mail/spam protection to prevent users sending large email mainsheets.
