The purpose of this project is to create a service (referred to as “Sync Service” in the remainder of this document) that will authenticate and synchronize with the Google Apps Directory API. The Google Apps Directory API maintains the list of users and groups for an organization using Google Apps. The Sync Service will make it easier for client applications using the service to initialize and maintain a list of users belonging to an organization without needing to directly integrate with Google APIs.
We would prefer that the service be written in Ruby (on a lightweight framework like Sinatra) and use PostgreSQL as the database backend.
We would like to collaborate with the developer to refine the specifications (attached) and ensure proper documentation of the project going forward.
This is the first of many integration projects and we would like to establish a long-term relationship with our development partner.

The job is spec'd in detail and your client is a backend coder himself (but not GIS specialist).
You can choose your language but you must be able to install and run it on a Linux server.

Then, the partner should be able to click on any date to view the details of that days sales and how much money the partner made that day.
I have some basic mockups of pages as well if you'd like to review those.
