English Fluency - all copy is in (United States) English, so this is a must. Solid internet connection - we'll be communicating by Skype to coordinate; you have to have a webcam and a good internet connection. Basic working knowledge of AdWords - you've gotta know the fundamentals. Expertise is not required (I'll be leveling up your knowledge as we go along), but you've gotta be able to understand the knowledge bombs I drop on you. A positive attitude. If you're negative, frequently depressed or anxious, it's not going to work out. Bootstrapping an agency is tough business and is only for people with a winning mindset. What's in it for you?
