I am a busy professional who works in the software industry as a software consultant. I spend a considerable amount of time preparing for demonstrations while still trying to train my team internally.
At this moment, I am severely overwhelmed. I would like to have a PA help me with certain tasks and move into more complicated tasks at a later point.
To begin with, it would require knowledge of Excel, data scrapping (minor), PowerPoint, Word and Confluence. Tasks would include:
Getting sample data for demonstrations
Extracting data from sample data provided and converting to a new format
Putting processes together in a PPT to provide training
Prioritizing email & responding to minor emails and follow ups
Uploading data to Confluence for quick access to my team
Some personal scheduling
Eventually tasks would include:
Assistance with preparation of a software demo after training
Industry research surrounding our niche
Research on competitors market movements
