I need a poster for some upcoming concerts.
There are 2 photos (one with a quartett, one of me) that need to be connected / combined on 1 poster. The 2 photographs were taken in a different setting / country.
Rather than just putting one photo next to or on top of the other I'd like there to be a connection between the two - whether it's strokes or the text or......that combines the two....
It is for tango music so if you know about the aesthetics of tango that's a plus. However: no tangoshoes etc, please! :)
I have tried to look around for good examples of the way of combining 2 photographs but have only come across 1 poster that kind of goes in the right direction:
Not specifically because it looks teared (nor do I like the rest of the poster) but just because that's an artistic way to make it appear that you have 2 photos.
Because it is also important to understand what I don't want - here are two examples of (in my opinion) utterly boring posters, because the photographs are just put there together. This is the kind of work I could also do ;)
Please feel free to send me examples of good posters you find online in order to double-check that we have more or less the same ideas in mind.
The photographs themselves will be sent to you has high res. JPG (1) and .NEF (1) and may be SLIGHTLY artistically altered, if needed.
